Q: You only ship to the billing address of my credit card, why is that?
A: We used to ship to just about any address, but after a whole bunch of charge backs which were found to be unauthorized use of another persons credit card (fraud to put it bluntly), we started the policy of shipping to billing address only.

We know that it is an inconvenience sometimes, but for the most part, it is for the good of everybody on the Internet that buys with a credit card. Just our way of helping to combat Internet Credit Card fraud!

Q: I live in England. What currency type will my credit card be billed?
